Low Bar Chorale presents LBC: 1984 - a singalong extravaganza featuring 1984’s most transformative songs. Heralded by Rolling Stone as “Pop’s Greatest Year”, 1984 was that time when New Wave, R&B, hip-hop, rock, glam, soul, and indie pop came together to produce not only some of the greatest music ever, but music that created the music of the future. The show will feature our all-star band, including Mary-Sue Tobin on saxophone. We’ll also have a friendly music/pop culture trivia competition… and for the first time ever, a 1984 costume contest! We are living in a material world, after all.
