Mary-Sue Tobin will be performing with Rachel Brashear opening for Soul Rose at the Shanghai Tunnel Bar on Thursday, April 23. Rachel Brashear is an experienced composer, performer, arranger, and music educator currently based out of Portland, OR.

Also performing that evening will be Mellow Rebels, a Portland, Oregon based rootsy reggae collective and Soul Rose, a 6-piece band delivering a modern twist on classic soul, R&B, and funk.
